It is important to save files under a specific naming convention that will allow people to quickly find pdfs based on search words.  Group one high level word with the specific title of the pdf.

For documents that may be more numbers than words, it is important to include a title and description for each area of the PDF.  This is especially useful for accounting and bookkeeping documents.
