Adhesive Spray Tip Plywood Manufacturing

Working with adhesive sprays can be confusing and also very messy. These sprays can be used to glue pieces of plywood together. It is important that the spray tip has no obstructions since this can cause many problems. The adhesive sprays should be used at room temperature in a well ventilated area. Keep a good distance between you and the surface to avoid extended drying times. Hold the spray can vertically instead of horizontally.

Adhesive spray tip plywood manufacturing companies have used the conventional adhesive mixtures for soft plywood. No mixtures have been altered to glue southern pine plywood together. It is important to wait at least 30 seconds before attaching the pieces of plywood together. This improves the strength of the bond by allowing the solvents to evaporate fully. Place the spray tip 2 to 3 inches away from the surface of the project to protect it from overspray. Remember to keep the spray tip nozzle to use as replacements for spray adhesives that get clogged.
