Manufactured Homes Floorplans

A manufactured home is a home that is constructed completely in a factory. Manufactured homes can also be referred to as mobile homes or factory made homes.  After the home is built it is then delivered by tractor trailer to the area where the home will be placed. Although the homes will usually remain in one place they can always move to another location if necessary.
There are many different styles available to choose from for these homes. Manufactured homes floorplans vary by builder so it is important to shop around to find a plan that suits your needs. The benefit of these types of homes is that they are generally cheaper than homes built on site. This allows you to spend extra money on upgrades for the home if desired. Some popular upgrades for manufactured homes include cabinetry, countertops, doors, and windows. Most manufacturers also offer warranties that cover the home for a certain period of time.
